Rob Wheeler, M.A.

Rob is an IRB Navigator at the Suicide CPR Initiative. Prior to joining the Suicide CPR Initiative, he provided consultation on issues of database design and regulatory compliance for various research groups for 8 years. He has managed psychiatric research projects at the Center for the Treatment and Prevention of Suicide at the University of Pennsylvania and the Trauma Recovery Research Lab at the Palo Alto VA. In addition, he has been the Programs Director at the Mental Health Association of San Francisco and the Assistant Director of the Arlington County, Virginia, Community Resilience Project – the FEMA-funded recovery program that provided crisis counseling after the September 11, 2001 attacks. He earned his MA in Clinical Psychology at Temple University and his BS in Biochemistry from the University of Rochester.
