Jacquie Lee, M.A.

Jacquie is a Research Associate at the Suicide CPR Initiative. Prior to joining the lab, she completed her Master's degree in Psychology from American University in Washigntion, D.C. with a thesis focused on suicidal ideation among adolescents recieving outpatient substance use treatment. During her time as a student, she interned as a traumatic brain injury researcher at the National Institutes of Health and conducted research in several labs at American University. Those research topics ranged from sleep's effect on social functioning, to trauma and substance use among sexual minorities, to vaping cessation techniques. Before becoming a psychology researcher, Jacquie was a health policy journalist.
