Lieutenant Gray is a third-year doctoral student in Clinical Psychology (Military Track). Prior to entry into the doctoral program, Erika served in the U.S. Army as a Religious Affairs Non-Commissioned Officer and later commissioned into the Adjutant General Corps, where she led Soldiers in the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command. She earned her master’s in Psychology from Harvard University Extension School and her bachelor’s in Psychology from Arizona State University. Lieutenant Gray’s program of research focuses on the intersection of leadership factors and suicide risk in military contexts.
