Sarah Carter, Ph.D.

Dr. Sarah Carter is a Research Scientist at the Suicide CPR Initiative and a Research Assistant Professor at the Uniformed Services University Department of Medical and Clinical Psychology. Dr. Carter earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in quantitative methods from George Mason University in 2018. She subsequently completed postdoctoral fellowships with the VA Puget Sound Health Care System and the University of Washington School of Public Health.
