Care. Prevention. Research.

Our mission is to advance suicide care, prevention, and research.

Our work aspires to be innovative, uses robust research methods, and supports a global community of suicide prevention clinicians, educators, researchers, policy makers, and suicide loss survivors.

Our team consists of a multidisciplinary group of individuals representing disciplines of clinical psychology, social psychology, medical family therapy, military psychology, suicidology, biostatistics, and public health.

The Suicide CPR Initiative is housed within the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine, Department of Medical and Clinical Psychology, at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland.
